This is more than a traditional PM role—you’ll be at the center of planning, design coordination, and construction execution, helping shape projects from early concept through final delivery. 🎯 What You’ll Do
As a Design-Build Project Manager, you will:
- Lead projects from pursuit through completion, including planning, budgeting, and execution strategy
- Take ownership of project financials, managing budgets, minimizing risk, and protecting margins
- Drive design-build coordination, ensuring alignment between engineering, procurement, and construction
- Oversee procurement and proposal efforts, keeping projects moving from concept to contract
- Develop and manage project work plans, schedules, and resource allocation
- Conduct constructability reviews to identify risks early and improve execution
- Coordinate across all stakeholders—owners, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Monitor progress, lead status meetings, and proactively address challenges
- Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
- Serve as the key point of accountability for project delivery and client satisfaction

✅ What You Bring
- 10+ years of experience managing construction projects
- 5+ years specifically in design-build delivery
- Background in heavy civil construction (bridges, transportation, infrastructure preferred)
- Strong understanding of:
- Project financials and cost control
- Scheduling and resource planning
- Construction means and methods
- Project financials and cost control
- Ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results
